After so many times trying to refinance, and every time it was a delay for the simplest of things, we got connected to Matt and he was able to deliver what he promised from the initial call. The process was so smooth that the only thing we regret was not being able to do it sooner. Every time we had questions and concerns he was there to explain everything, and even though we have a 3 hr time difference, he made sure to be available at any time we needed to talk to him. Will definitely come back with Matt when we’re ready to our purchase our next house!

Matt has the intuition to reach out by phone when extra support or explanation is needed. He is always available and always brings a solution to the problem. Very easy to work with and listens to concerns. I was told i could not refinance my loan by other lenders, Matt made it happen and with a selection of loan options. He talked me through what was best and was there for every step.of the process including calling at 8 pm to make sure the closing documents were signed.
