All i wanna do is make an new appointment i am having isssues my husband is military, apparently my ssn is wrong every time i call the call queue is full and the system hangs up. I want someone to call me please so you guys can take my ereor code that is associated with my application. And i have a Washington dl so those numbers are longer than California please put up a military option on the phone system or on the site this is so stupid.

Over the phone communication was poor took over 50 minutes to get a phone call done to just find out that you're still not getting your money to pay your bills on time so if we could get some people in here that can get the job done when they said they would get it done that would be great and have a great year

Came here to get help with food stamps , applied online first phone call told me to ask the lady that called me if i could pick up my ebt card that day when she called me which was at 3pm because i had to walk. I walked there waited for the phone call it was like a 6 min phone call and i was approved then went into the building (the lady on the phone said she was writing it in the journal that i could get my card early even without the benefits on there now i have to walk back another half an hour walk tomorrow to get my card and waited in the office for a hour and a half to get disrespected by some old lady that needs to he retired she was very rude disrespected and gave me odd face expressions that made me feel uncomfortable i told her the lady said i could get it today and was no help gave me attitude and would not answer my questions i didnt ask her name or check which i should have but yall needa check your workers the lady was working at window number 1 today Tuesday may 7th hopefully yall look into it (towards end of the day)

The security guard Jim was exceptionally helpful at resolving all my questions & very helpful. Waited about 45 mins to change my phone number on file then another 15 mins to get a new card issued. Warning ⚠️ due to their recent renovations, you will be forced to say all of your personal information infront of everyone waiting their turn in the waiting room.

security guard could a good smack with some "bedside manners", arrived a bit too late (8:29am at entrance door ) for a training orientation for elderly caregivers (8:30am scheduled) and guard block us from entering saying we were just too late, come back earlier next week.
what a jerk.
