Unbelievable how slow this Development office runs. Sloths move at lightning speed compared to this nonsense. And the fees make Beverly Hills seem cheap. It's not only a several hour wait to submit but also it's another several hour wait to pay even more money and then wait some more to get the permit. Should be a simple over the counter. But nope.

It takes forever. Make sure and get there at 8am or you may have hours to wait.

Plus when getting plans permitted they don't look at everything. They thought the metal roof was rafters!

Staff are friendly but a simple permit for a panel change took forever. They dont seem to comprehend that a customer is paying for all that wasted time.
