Love the new location!

New and improved Training Zone and I love it! Yuba-Sutter's best gym just got better.

Great equipment that is logically laid out with different stations for different body parts. I love the expansive new free weight area and mezzanine level. Fantastic.

Gym is always clean. Staff is friendly. Regulars are cool. Get some! 🏋️💪

YSTZ is my all time favorite gym! All of the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Start your morning off, Greeted by the lovely Cecilia: always has a smile on her face and happy to help! The facility is pristine clean and well taken care of by Nancy who seems to be everywhere! She does an amazing job of making sure we are all taken care of! If you're looking for a class that is fun and will kick your Bu**... You'll want to check out the 6am cycle class put on by Amanda Morman! You'll love her! Promise! If you're looking for a gym that makes you feel like family and inspires you to change your life... This is the place! ❤️🙏

I do have to say I absolutely love this place. I have been to all of the other gyms in the area and during Corona they were the only one open. Honestly I really got to know everybody there and it is just a family type atmosphere.

When I don't show up people ask me where I am and why I haven't been there. There's not many places you find that kind of accountability.

I still love this gym and I still appreciate the family atmosphere and environment. Whatever your goals are, wherever you're trying to succeed, they will help you in any way possible. Whether it's the staff member or just another member!
