This lake can be very packed full of people all summer long. But in the off season it is very quiet and peaceful. The fishing is often good here in the weeks after it is stocked with rainbow trout. There is also a decent largemouth bass population as well as crappie and small bluegill. I would avoid this area in middle of summer and fish it in the cooler seasons. You can do well here shore fishing with powerbait after October usually until about March then it's back to summer crowds and loud music. Lol

It's simple. A lot of trash in the lake. Ppl abandoned animals, mainly domestic ducks. It's sad.

Nice man made lake. Would be better if people weren’t so disrespectful to nature and took their trash with them.

the park by the lake was a major plus. kept an eye on my son the entire time though because there is no fence keeping the park and lake separated. keep an eye on him regardless so it didn't affect my rating. Had a good time here!
