John was referred to me by a close friend of mine who runs another very successfully ABNB in the Yosemite area. I had heard a lot of great things about him before meeting him. And I am so glad I met him, he made the overall process of setting up and running the ARBNB so easy for us; that we are pretty much hands-off 100%. We bought our house in the Oakhurst around January this year, and I was absolutely new to this business not knowing where to begin; it would’ve been a nightmare if we didn’t meet John and Lisa (John’s wife). Where do I begin:

1. He is committed to his profession and loves what he does.

2. He is local and know his way around the Area and the market, and strives and hunts the to get you the best value for money.

3. John has a team of professionals who work with him or he’ll find somebody to do the job for you, be it staging the house, minor to major upgrades, landscaping, high quality pictures, maintenance, cleaning, replenishing etc. He is one stop-shop when it comes to short-term rentals.

4. He is always available and very prompt in responding to Hosts and more importantly to your ABNB Guests.

5. If there is a situation he need to be onsite in the middle of the night, he himself take care of it immediately instead of deflecting it to the next day (which is rare in the mountains).

6. John’s wife Lise did an amazing job setting up and staging my house, as if it was theirs. And they continue to improve as they learn the needs of the guests and the Hosts. They both make a great team.

7. More often than not we'll not know the applicable local regulations and compliance clearances needed to run the Short Term Rental business (and believe me there are a few); John will 100% manage all that for you.
