If u are looking to improve your health by getting physically stronger, losing weight or looking for a community that supports each other I highly recommend WoPro Fitness. There are so many positive aspects to this fitness center. You don’t have to think about what exercises you should be doing. It is all worked out for you, it’s circuit training in a welcoming environment. Even though it’s a group environment you feel like you have your own personal trainer! The coaches, Arturo, Aaron, Josh, and Sabrina, just to name a few are superior to any coaches I have ever worked with. The non-coaching staff are also so friendly and positive, especially Crystal. No matter your level, they meet you where you are in your journey. My health and strength have improved sooo much! I look forward to going and look forward to reaching my goals with WoPro Fitness!

When it comes to working out, I’m not always sure where to start. With the help of these amazing coaches, I’ve learned so many new skills and techniques. I hesitated to try out here because I’ve always gone to regular gyms and I’m not used to working out in groups. But overall, I’m really enjoying it and I’m amazed at the progress I’ve made so far! Everyone is really encouraging towards each other and I love that!

I originally went here about 6 years ago before I left. I originally was trained under Aaron who I believe is the now sole owner of all these facilities but does not have to be there anymore. Originally he helped me lose weight from 260lbs to 180lbs. Unfortunately he showed he got bored of doing his training after a while. So I end up plateauing my weight. He did not change my routine or diet. I end up getting frustrated and quit.

At one point I thought about coming back but started losing weight again but when I reached out I blocked. I never did anything that prompted this reaction, but it seems if you don't benefit the business somehow you are worthless. So I moved on and started to figure everything out on my own and I am way better off for it.

I'd been hesitant about joining a gym and was referred by my friend who also goes here. She convinced me to come woth her to a session and after that first day I was hooked! I signed up for the 6 week challenge and the coaches Arturo and Matt have been consistently helping ne reach my fitness goals, the sessions are fun and high energy, and after 6 weeks I've lost and kept off over 17lbs. You get a customizes mean plan included and a full analysis of your body's breakdown and it's helpful to change my perspective on just losing weight vs building muscle. It's been the best investment in myself I've ever done and I look forward to my continued progress!

I originally joined Powerhouse back in 2020…not knowing what to expect, I found myself in a supportive, highly motivated, genuine fitness community. Through their intense workouts & amazing vibes I found excitement in working out. Next thing I knew I was at the gym 5x a week at 5am looking & feeling better than ever!
2021, I ended up moving & having to leave PowerHouse, but this place always held a special place in my heart, i genuinely enjoyed it…it made me love fitness.
Fast forward to today, 2024 I find myself back in City of Industry, doing their 6week challenge program with access to meal plans, guidance, & personal touch points with the trainers. Super stoked for the end result & overall happy to be back at the gym that started it all.

I want to start off by saying I'm happy to be a member of Powerhouse Fitness, also all the coaches are awesome! I started my health journey after getting back my lab results from my yearly physical and taking a trip to the hospital. I knew right there and then that I needed to make a decision between changing my bad eating habits or being on medication for the rest of my life. Luckily I had a friend who was going to Powerhouse and constantly posted about them. I asked him about it and he got me in contact with Sabrina. Who immediately responded to me and got me started with my first free session. On my first day I was greeted by Arturo who made me feel comfortable and not intimidated, which I loved since most gyms can be intimidating. He provided me with information and got me started on my 6 week challenge. The coaches here are great! I've had the pleasure of working with coach Itzel, coach Sabrina, coach Arturo and coach Mathew. I want to give a special shout out to coach Arturo and coach Mathew! Both have helped me in multiple ways other than just weight loss. They help me stay motivated and to keep going. Soon after my 6 week challenge I started their Summer Slim Down challenge, which I just started 2 weeks ago. Since I started going to Powerhouse about 8 weeks ago I have lost about 19 pounds in body fat. It's literally the best feeling! I highly recommend this place! You won't regret it!

I have been working out at power house fitness since February 2016 and honestly it was the best decision of my life. I was looking for a new personal trainer to get me in shape for some dance auditions. I found Powerhouse Fitness Training on facebook. I contacted one of the owners and trainers Aaron, he was very kind and informative in our phone conversation. He invited me for a free consultation and training session. Walking in to Powerhouse I immediately felt welcomed, there was no ego or competition, everyone was super friendly and passionate about fitness. I then met the other owners and trainer Brandon, Cory and Jake who were also very kind and friendly. Not only did the gym have personal training but they also had daily bootcamps which was a plus for me because I like to change it up. I'm so happy I found this gym, my trainer Aaron is amazing and he runs a great business where everyone feels like family. I've already recommended this gm to my friends and family and I'll continue to rep Powerhouse Fitness Training! I love it here, I'll never go anywhere else!
