The gal I first did all my therapy with was great and then my husband and I did more with a man and he called me malicious and hung up and the next two weeks that we called him back for a meeting he wouldn’t answer. He worked here at wisdom traditions. I called to get my paperwork back that I signed out for nine days ago and she told me it was two weeks and the gal on the phone told me That it’ll take four weeks so I asked to talk to supervisor and she asked me who I spoke to last. Really? Get some competent people

Edit to add: I had a negative review here, but was asked to remove it while a patient so I changed it to this. I highly recommend against them. Now I’m no longer with them. I recommend Bridges Counseling Center.

I'm seen at Wisdom Traditions frequently and they have staff that seem to want you to feel as well as you can. Sometimes things can move a little slowly due to lack of staff answering phones, but the people here are good at what they do and want you to feel better.

I started seeing a counselor at wisdom traditions a couple years ago, when my life started to feel really unmanageable. I was diagnosed with a disorder that really made sense, and was able to seek treatment with other providers at Wisdom Traditions. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I can see someone in a pinch, or at my regular appointments. I never feel judged, I feel seen, heard, and helped. Having a full team to counsel and provide medication services is the absolute most important thing a practice could do for mental health, in my opinion, and I am so happy that I happened upon Wisdom Traditions. They have changed my life.

I had had no prior offenses so I had no idea who to turn to for counseling. I found Wisdom and never looked in the rear view mirror. Each of the staff I had dealing gs were caring, kind, and professional. It’s refreshing to find an enterprise that you know actually cares about what they do to affect the quality of lives of its customers. Their education and their people are top notch.

I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking help with drug or alcohol addiction. They provide multiple integrated services all in one place. I've been to 3 different treatment centers in the state of Alaska where I was "unbelievably" traumatized and treated like "dirt" good thing that's what I was made of.
