Allie is a knowledgeable and welcoming therapist who knows her stuff. I have been referring people to her for years and regularly hear back about how happy people are with her services. I’m happy to give her the highest rating possible.

After speaking with Allie I was really excited to start services for me and my husband. I reached out over a month ago to start services. I was so happy with her tone and her honesty, and I felt comfortable in the interview when I expressed my fears with therapy. First, when we were due to do the intake, My husband and I both needed to leave our jobs to take the call. However, after over 30 minutes of waiting she responded that her child had her phone and that she would fit us in that evening. Which she did. She sent us the info to do the intake forms and we committed to receiving her services. For myself, the intake forms took a really long time to complete and I attempted to follow up after the forms were sent in, She responded a while after to say her entire family was sick and she apologized for the lack of communication. Well now the lady is flat out ignoring us. I have texted, emailed, and called with nothing in return. I can understand that people get sick or busy, but we needed these services and waited very patiently for it. We haven't even scheduled our first appointment, which she said we needed to do because of her full schedule. I would have been fine if she didn't want to work with us, but then tell someone that so they can go about doing this process elsewhere.
