We have a child with severe anxiety, depression and OCD. A tough combination since one directly impacts the other. Over the years our child has worked with various therapists and has been through a few programs. Only at Wellspring have we been able to figure out that anxiety is the primary issue. Our Wellspring therapist has been amazing. She is knowledgeable and kind. Our child adores her and equally important, trusts her. Our therapist has shown excellent judgment in knowing when and how hard to push and when to step back. We have truly gotten irreplaceable guidance, help and support at Wellspring. I am forever grateful. Our child and family are now in a better, healthier and more well-functioning place.

We went here for help with a needle phobia. After 3 months of exposure therapy with little to no communication other than being told things were going well, the therapist told us it didn’t work. We have since done more research on exposure therapy and it’s clear that the therapist had no idea what she was doing. She only did the laddering, or very first steps, of the treatment, with no exposure therapy at all. I’d recommend going somewhere else that doesn’t misrepresent their expertise. It was a totally waste of money
