My provider, Natalie S. Is amazing, knowledgeable, skilled, professional and so caring with all my concerns and issues. I feel so comfortable and confident with every appointment with my provider and that all of my questions and concerns are 100% taken care of.

I do not recommend for a few reasons but what happened to me this week has resulted in finding a new provider. If you need to cancel your appointment be sure to call and not use the link that is emailed/ texted to you because Mckenzie will see you as a no show and not allow you to schedule with your psychiatrist even though you need your medication. All the hard work with my psychiatrist was for nothing.
