Bryant and Brandyn are the best trainers! We signed up for a 5 week agility and cardio block to help imporove our Field Hockey Skills. We had so much fun each week with them. They were very professional about training but it was also a lot of fun to workout! They took the time to adjust our technique to make sure we were receiving the best quality of training. At the end of the 5 weeks, I felt stronger and faster. The skills I improved on were sprints, cutting, and overall increased lung capacity/cardio. When playing in my Field Hockey games, I used what I learned in training and applied it on the field and noticed a huge difference in the way I play! They definitely motivated me to continue to work on myself and my goals. I definitely recommend them for any of your personal fitness goals! Thanks guys!

Brandyn and Bryant lead my teammates and I through a 5 week speed and agility training for pre-season. Both of them were incredibly supportive while also challenging and pushing us as athletes. Through their various drills and exercises we were able to improve not only our fitness level but our technique and form as well while running. VOA is amazing! They helped me improve my speed and agility by double digit percentage improvements in 4 weeks. This was across areas like shuttle runs, pivoting, de-accelerating, jumping, etc.

They are knowledgeable, patient, professional, and encouraging. They were also very flexible with scheduling and location changes. I have a service dog and they were very kind to him. Overall, definitely recommend!!
