Did a whole year with Gerald and I have no regrets. He pushed me from the start and told me when I was slacking. I told him I wanted to loose weight and gain muscle, and he made a workout plan tailored to me. I lost more than 20lb and have become more confident. The workouts he made me do have definitely helped out in my job which was something I asked for. He made the whole experience great and I enjoy working out now. I have made great progress with him and will continue to make more progress thanks to Gerald.

Connecting with Gerald was one of the best things that could’ve happened to me. Suffering from a spine injury combined with the work-from-home lifestyle these last few years took its toll on my whole body. I became sad that I could never be active again, that lead to eating the wrong things and worrying about doing the wrong thing for my body. Gerald took the time to understand what I was going thru and came up with physical activities/exercises that helped rehabbed my back and provided the knowledge I needed to continue that work. He also came up with a meal plan that has forever changed when and what I eat. He made working out and eating healthy actually fun for me. Forever grateful here!

I don’t know where to start when I talk about how much Gerald has helped me with my fitness journey. My intention for getting into weight lifting was to lose fat and build strength, but more importantly was making health and fitness my lifestyle.

The hardest part was really just.. starting.. because my body was not used to doing that much physical activity and was not in a good state of mind. Gerald motivated me since day 1. He doesn’t just “tell” you what to do. He makes working out fun while keeping you challenged. The exercises I dreaded doing eventually became the ones I told him I wanted to do. It wasn’t before long that I started to look forward to working out all the time and even started to go on my own. He would also give solid advice to help me perform better when working out and great suggestions for lifestyle changes to help improve health. He has many ways of showing that he truly cares about his clients, and you will appreciate the positive energy he brings into every session.

I lost nearly 10lbs in 5 months, but the visible changes mean so much more than what is read on the scale because I have gained muscle whiling losing fat. I also feel better than I have ever in a really long time because consistently going to the gym has helped improve other aspects of my life.

I would not be where I am today without the impact of such an amazing trainer.
