Virginia is a wonderful person and the best personal trainer I've meet. I have, on and off, been client of hers for the past decade. I started seeing her after my second pregnancy, and she tailors every session to my current capabilities and what I want to focus on. Virginia challenge all my muscles and mindset, and make sure that every session is different. Virginia always suggests new exercises. It can be the same actions of pulling, pressing, lunges, squats, etc, but she makes me use different types of equipment and resistance. Exercises are repeated, but usually weeks go by before I am doing the same exercise.
I like that she pays attention to the details. For example, when I lift weights, she notices if my elbows should be in a different angle or I should lower my shoulders to make it harder, or simply making sure I don’t hurt myself. You will be in good hands at Virginia Trainer regardless if you are looking for a complete makeover or just some tips and tricks on how to improve your own training.

I highly recommend Virginia and her awesome and fun training! Over the course of many years I've participated in one-on-one sessions, partner and group classes created by her. One of Virginia’s strengths is in providing a program that never gets old or repetitive. She has the capacity of customizing and changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging using new and varied techniques to focus on many muscle groups. Different types of equipment are integrated into the routines which also keep it fun. She can quickly adapt the exercises, if needed, to accommodate post-surgery or other ailments. My favorite class is cardio-boxing...it is terrific for mind, body and soul!

I've been with Virginia the last couple of years doing a mix of one-on-one personal training, her virtual classes and the Saturday boxing class.
I've lost over 35 pounds and the workout sessions with Virginia help to keep the weight off and accountability. I love how she integrates new exercises and consistently varies the classes. It’s an awesome and fun workout, I enthusiastically recommend it!!
I'm looking forward to her new program, Functional Fitness and Boxing for people like me, over 45.

Virginia has been my trainer for many years and I have participated in 1-on-1, partner, group, and online sessions. She always takes the time and care to create amazing routines. She mixes things up so almost every muscle gets the attention it deserves (even ones I didn’t know I had!!!). I also do the cardio-boxing and never thought I would love it so much. Virginia also offers alternatives to certain exercises to accommodate injuries, soreness, etc. When I hurt my foot we concentrated on Pilates using the reformer machine or mat work, so I didn’t need to stand as much. She is an amazing trainer and I can’t recommend her enough.

I feel privileged to have worked with Virginia in both group and one-on-one settings. Her program is highly dynamic, keeping you interested and engaged. It's remarkable how she efficiently packs a wealth of content into a 30-minute routine. Beyond her effective training skills, Virginia stands out for her supportive and encouraging approach, helping you stay motivated. If you are on the fence, I highly recommend that you give it a try before the January rush begins!

I am sincerely impressed with Virginia’s skill set, professionalism, and expertise. She strikes an ideal blend of keeping things fresh by continually adding new exercises while simultaneously keeping some consistent movements, which leads toward mastery.

It is clear how much attention to detail she puts into the preparation for her training sessions. I am so grateful for these classes, which provide me with both convenience and accountability. Plus, she is lively and gracious, all while providing clear instruction and expert demonstration. I give Virginia my most sincere and hearty recommendation!

I've never had a personal trainer before until I met Virginia. Her classes always seem to start off easy, but then I leave winded, sweaty, and incredibly grateful that I came. I love how she can customize each section of the workout to each person in the class because it's so intimate. My favorite part is the boxing exercise at the end. It's not only a great stress reliever, but I love that I also workout my brain with her bag work exercises. It's super challenging, but it definitely helps with my brain fog. I highly recommend her!

Virginia provides an excellent variety of workout programs that enhances our interest and desire to reach our goals. As we are seniors, Virginia is cognizant of our limitations and carefully monitors us to prevent injuries. She is comfortable to work with and has a great sense of humor. We would highly recommend her if you are looking for a trainer. Annie & Monica
