I had a horrible experience at this place. The lady at the front desk was not doing her job at all, they lost almost all of our paperwork we did the first few times, they made us pay over 200 dollars just for them to ask us questions, and charged over 90 dollars to speak to their nurse which made no sense cause why do i need to talk to a nurse to talk to the doctor when you have all of my information on file. It makes no sense they are just scamming you out of your money and barely did anything to help only some of the staff was really nice

I did not receive treatment or go in office, however the care team was helpful over the phone. If you want to receive care here or anywhere, you have to give the ones serving you the benefit of the doubt. People are overwhelmed by so many things, and everyone has a bad day. I recommend View Point Health for those who are willing to go through the process, who come with respect, and a good attitude. Thank you VPH for what you do in the community.

Only 4 stars because the recorded message says walk-in anytime however you have to get there when they open. I did not like that during my initial appointments I had no idea what the appointments were for - I thought the front desk would explain them NOT. I ended speaking to the office manager who was apologetic. My appointments are only once a month because of how busy they are. I have NO personal problems - almost everyone has been extremely nice & some staff are just nice.

This place is a joke. The staff is rude and very insensitive. You have to be a walk in for your first appt. And be willing to donate at least 6 hours of your time, because it is a lie. They do not take first come first serve. They put you in whatever order they want. Do not waste your time, because you will not be there priority.

The management & or owners of “viewpoint health”
Ruined all the good, done for all of us mental health patients treated by “GRN”.
How could I make an appointment, 1 week ahead, when I can barely handle my own ish
I’m a mental health patient & expect Me to remember to set up an appointment on my own, exactly 1week prior & only see a nurse practitioner, instead of a psychiatrist & still pay the same fee, when I don’t see the psychiatrist Extremely terrible treatment of all of us mental health patients... but u don’t care, because you are subsidized.........

If I could rate this place with no stars I would this location is a joke or should I say the whole organization today was my first day visiting and prior to visiting I was instructed that they took walk-ins on when calling the telephone number it clearly states that Walk-In times are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday I arrived a little bit after 11 after driving 40 minutes to this location and was turned around because they no longer took walk-in patients. After I inquired about how disappointed and upset I was the representative only stated that they took around 5 people this morning and they were not taking any more they accept walk-ins starting at 8a and it's first come first serve . This is not stated on the voicemail when calling in the phone number and should be should be changed immediately. How can a organization be in business for 30 years running an operation like this. Clearly taking patients money. The owners have tapped into the pharmaceutical Market for financial gain and obviously do not care about the operation of the business. RICH STAYING RICH. Unfortunately, there are only so many locations that take children patients and I am stuck with a few options in my area. Now I'm having to travel even further because I refused to come back to this location. I will not recommend this location nor any Viewpoint location to any one in need of services.

Dr Pointer, Karen at the front desk and Rashonda, I think that is her name are all excluded from review but theses are some rude and disrespectful people when you call the facility. One lady started yelling at me on the phone for no apparent reason. I had to let her know to calm down when speaking to me. You all should really monitor these calls.

They have good doctors and conselors but these people dont know how to answer their phones. Ive called 4 times today. Im on my fourth time now. Stayed on hold for 1hr + every phone call and hung up and tried calling again got the same thing everytime. These people need to learn how to answer the phone. Im about to transfer from them fr. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TF TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE
