Vet2Pet allows us to personalize the client's experience before they've even stepped foot into our clinic, & enhance the experience for our existing clientele. If you wish something as long as you are willing to share it with their team they will get to work on ways to make it happen! Veterinary clinics aren't cookie cutters, our clients love us because we are different than the other clinic up the street. Since working with Vet2Pet our team & clients have been able to keep up with how we are functioning & it has enhanced a lot of our curbside & surgical experiences as well. One of our FAVORITE 🤩 things is updating our surgery cases as the morning goes on. We update our clients after pre-anesthetic blood work, going in to surgery, recovery, and when they will be able to be picked up ➕digital discharge instructions.

As new clients, we have been very impressed so far with how quickly and efficiently Pet2Vet has been in getting our clinic on track and how helpful they have been with their support! The training is well explained for people of all levels of technological skill, which is nice for our diverse staff! They offer all of the services we were looking for in a client communication app and more! I am personally a fan of the visit tracking feature and am really looking forward to our full integration and release!

We have yet to launch our App live but the support for our team and training sessions is incredible. I have never felt more proud to offer our clients something of value. To be able to communicate and give clients updates on their family members in times like this. It provides trust and communication back to the client during covid, that is all we ask of them, it is nice to be able to return the trust.

My clinic loves Vet2Pet. It’s very user friendly. I love that it’s adaptable to our brand and appears to be an extension of us, not that we’re sending clients to “another business” to use the app. The use of the program is very simple and easy to figure out. If there are any questions, the academy is informational and/or the developers are very easy to speak with. Basically every feature is my favorite! So many good ideas and the functionality is fabulous.
