Seemed okay when I first went. Then the person I was going to decided to leave and my last appointment was canceled. Never heard from them again. Tried to go on the website and request an appointment. They want you to pick what you need to go for and pick a provider. Um, mine left so I don't have one, and the only way to requestone is to have a provider...so there is no where to go to actually request an appointment. You would think, given so many of us struggle with using the phone, they would have a chat/text/email service to use to actually put patients at ease, but nope. I just don't understand why nobody in the valley is willing to actually move into the 21st century, we have been here for 24 years now, come on, catch up.
