Dr George is incredibly good at making all facets of my condition understandable. He summarized the tests and results of said tests that I have already undergone. This allowed both of us to be certain that we are on the same page, so that we can go forward in a well understood way.

Very efficient team allowing great one on one doctor time for me. I loved the deep explanation of the MRI. I’ve been experiencing pain in my left hip ever since a replacement in 2020 (not done by Valley Ortho). It’s been hard getting explanations why or solutions to help relieve the pain. Until I met with Dr O’Connor. He spent time doing a physical analysis and looking at my X-rays and gave me an explanation that made sense. He didn't seem rushed and gave that personal attention that we always hope for with a doctor. I was really impressed and grateful for the level of medical care.

I was impressed with the teamwork displayed on my visit. All 3 gentlemen worked quickly and efficiently. There was a slight delay with Dr. George but it was not unacceptable. Got good advice about how to move forward with my knee. Got the shot of cortisone and for the 1st time in 3 months, I am not in pain! Thank you. Will move forward with my care when needed. Thanks again for the professionalism.

Dr potter is an outstanding hand surgeon I suffered a painful thumb injury ….I called his office and even with a full schedule he saw me same day
And scheduled me for surgery the following day
As I was leaving town the following week. He is personable caring and sensitive to his patients needs. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a skilled and caring surgeon!

I’ve had an amazing experience with Valley orthopedic. After getting an infection with a different firm I was quite concerned that I would not be listened to and my concerned would not be addressed. I was very happy to see that all of my questions and concerns were addressed and I was made to feel like my input was taken into consideration.

I didn’t feel like a number with Dr O’Connor and his team, and that gave me great piece of mind and the confidence to have my hip revision done with him, his team and Valley View hospital.

What a great experience it was to meet Dr. George. I had an unusual case and he confidently explained enough to me to where I understood what was happening with my knee. He then gave me my options on what he thought would work best. I was comfortable in and through the procedure and he gave me realistic expectations of what to expect before I left his office, he was spot on. Very friendly doctor I would always recommend his services.
