Takes hours to get seen by the doctor so go first thing in the morning but they are very nice and give you food and the chairs are very comfortable!

I was given an intake form with no warning that they would ask me about every bad thing that had happened to me since I was born. First session was hell and they promised i would have anxiety meds that day. I waited for hours in the sun and got yelled at by staff when i called crying because the pharmacy never got my presecription. I had just been through a severe trauma and was in total regret for ever going there. I need more help and I refuse to put myself through this place again.

Greeted by kind patient gracious staff. First you’re seen by a lovely nurse who is very knowledgeable, then a therapist who does not rush you. The wait time is long because this is a free walk-in clinic. Prioritize your health and go in prepared to wait. They have snacks and drinks available and comfortable lounge chairs. They assured me I can come back any time , 24 hours of the day. I’m very grateful I went in when I did.

This place is beautiful. When I was there for there services they always did everything with a smile. There is a lady at the front desk named Jery and she is so sweet. I love these guys Letty, Sal, both Jarys and the financial manager. There are there to help and support you!

Absolutely Wonderful! Open 24 hours, take all age's! Very relaxed environment. Therapist or Psychologist on staff and is one's not available, the other will be at another time. Clean, calm and enjoyable! Not what I expected from a 24 hour crisis walk in center!

The staff was very compassionate and knowledgeable -- even during the COVID pandemic.

The wait can be substantial, but only because they take their time with each consumer. I am grateful they are here.

Excellent! The considerably lacking and archaic mental health system in the Morongo Basin needs to observe what this center does and do something right!
