I came here 7 years ago and I gotta say nothing that I learned was practical for self defense.Sure you do exercises that build up strength and flexibility but the techniques you learn are just patterns.At this point it might as well be for training memorization.

Very good for your kids to join. Discipline, performing in front of people, self defense skills. It will improve your kids confidence in a cool. Teachers here are awesome. Both my son and daughter come here.
