If I could use a word to describe the weekend, it would be “powerful”. It was an experience I didn’t know I needed but ultimately gained a ton from.

I signed up for the retreat because Chris is a friend and I thought I’d be helping him out. What ended up happening was I helped myself out. There was a strong bond among all the men who attended and we did some serious work to help ourselves and each other lead ourselves through our lives. We laughed, we cried, we yelled, we shared, and we hugged (a lot). I had never been to a retreat of this kind before but it was great to be able to disconnect, be present, and work on myself. It’s nice to know I have a community of other men who are all going through different things in different ways, but one thing is common that we’re there for each other to lean into what we’re feeling.

I’d highly recommend an Unshakable Man retreat to anyone who wants to work on himself and to better understand how to navigate this big challenge we call life.
