Union Pacific Railroad provides excellent service. The grounds are very clean and tidy. And during Railroad Days in Dunsmuir they provide interesting information about their services and you would be able to let the kids look at the trains and provide them with information on how the railroad works . Very educational. Great family fun.

I live in Dunsmuir in a house across the Sacramento River from your immense and ugly junk yard. The winter bare trees expose all the old wood, cement and who knows what else.? Not only is this a fire hazard but who know what of potential hazard exist in that immense junkyard, and it is immense. Horrible to see a company that throws who know what other waste towards our beautiful river.. Hasn't this river been through enough?

This is a TERRIBLE EYESORE. Can't UPRR dispose of their junk appropriately I will research and see what can be done for you to remove all this junk.

Took a trip from Portland Oregon to Redding California. It was comfortable and all just took way too long. No WiFi most of the trip. Take a good book instead.
