Edit-I was called by the group administrator and she explained what happened and that she will speak to the person I spoke to. I appreciate her listening and being willing to address the issues.
Horrible experience with this group. I was referred by Kaiser for my son and they never answered calls, returned calls, or followed up after the initial intake. The one male LCSW I spoke to was rude, spoke down to me, assumed I was the cause of my son's troubles, and then ghosted us after I filed a complaint. Our care has been delayed by 4 months because of their unprofessional behavior. They should not be allowed to stay in business when working in a field as fragile as mental health. It is so unfortunate since we need more facilities like these available to our youth.

Needed to be set up with a psychologist such that I could be set up with a prescription that I need after moving here. They implied that they would be able to fill it, but after the setup appointment, they proceeded to tell me that they could not fill it because it was a controlled substance.

They then proceeded to charge me $230 for the complete waste of my time. Don't bother contacting these guys if you need a controlled substance prescription, because you'll be losing money for no reason.
