Umbrella Collective exemplifies how client-centered mental health care benefits a community. A few years ago, Li facilitated LGBTQ+ inclusion training for the staff and board of the organization I worked for. Li's expertise, empathy, and ability to create space for meaningful dialogue were extraordinary. Their facilitation deepened our team's understanding and empowered us to make meaningful changes. Since then, I’ve regularly referred folks to Umbrella Collective because I trust they will receive top-notch care from Li and their team.

I've been in and out of therapy for most of my life, and Katrina is the best therapist I've ever had. I'm trans and have uncommon mental health issues, which means it's hard to find therapists that respect and listen to me (and actually know how to help me), but the Umbrella Collective is wonderful! I haven't gone to any so I can't speak for them, but they also host workshops and other events for folks who don't want to commit to therapy.

This place is horribly unprofessional. It took me almost a month and multiple new patient form fill outs and emails to finally get an appointment. My best friend recommend this place so I trusted her. I was so excited when I finally got an appointment. I had met with therapist David Breña and we chatted and I really liked talking to him. He made me comfortable and heard however he told me he was perhaps not qualified enough because he was new. He said he would recommend me to other therapists here as well as email me a list of psychiatrists he recommends. He said he would set up an appointment the following week to meet again and we would make it a regular thing. After no emails from him I emailed him MULTIPLE TIMES and he completely ignored me. I emailed him about the list he said he would send and no answer. I then emailed asking if the appointment he had talked about the following week was still set. The day before the appointment was supposed to happen I emailed him again. And to no surprise NO ANSWER. That is incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. I was so excited to have finally found a therapist who I felt comfortable with and he gave me hope and talked about making our appointments weekly. But that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. They couldn’t even email or call me to tell me why they are ignoring me. Gave me false hope and breaks my heart making me wonder if I did something wrong. This place is a scam and I now can see why their reviews are so low. I should have read the reviews first before paying so much just to be ignored. Do better umbrella collective. People are counting on you.

This is an amazing place I remember when I was going through a really hard time a few years back and I got they’re information from this care worker so I decided to contact them this place is the best place I’ve ever gone to I’ve had help in other places but this place really fits me I was in not a good place when I first came here but this place has helped me with so much I still have battles I’m trying to overcome but I’m getting there and Courtney has done an amazing job with me I feel so warmly welcomed by her warm energy and her wonderful sessions she’s honestly hands down the best therapist I’ve ever had and I had a few in my past that were great and not so great and really great but Courtney is the ultimate best therapist I’ve ever had I’ve even recommended her to some close friends I hope they get to experience what I’ve experienced with her cause if I could I’d share her with the world so others could receive her help too

I moved out of state so I was unable to keep seeing them, but I can't say enough about how amazing Li is as a therapist. They went above and beyond what they had to do. Truly changed my life. Can't recommend this place enough.
