Diagnosed ADHD. Been going here for almost 2 years still haven’t got any help from my doctor. If you really need mental help probably not the place to go.

I wish I could give this place less than a one star, they are absolutely horrible and disorganized. I haven't seen a therapist for months and I feel like I'm not getting the help I need here. If you are seeking help for your mental wellbeing then please consider that this place probably won't be able to help you at all. It honestly seems like most of these people don't even know what they are doing and lack stability as a mental health facility. It really sucks because we all need help (the mentally ill) but no one is giving us the help we actually need.

I wish I could give a higher rating but they literally abandoned my case all because I was having a hard time communicating over a period of 3 weeks or so. When I expressed to Aileen, my case manager through text message I wasn't doing okay and wanted to talk she never responded and instead had another therapist reach out whom I only had talked to maybe twice, I built trust with Aileen and it was confusing and too much to have to deal with so many people in order to receive services. I'm incredibly disappointed with how this ended up and wish they could have been more sensitive to life circumstances.

The staff at this clinic have no clue how to treat mentally ill people. They are extremely unprofessional, have no consideration for the clients, and are very agonistic when it comes to "dealing with a problem." It is very clear that they need more training when it comes to dealing with mentally ill people. They should feel ashamed of how they run their clinic. I feel nothing but pity for the people who have to get treatment there.

I have been with Turning point since January of this year and with Mental health they have saved me in so many ways and helped me cope with a lot of issues I have had , they are very sincere and want to help and they have amazing resources as well . I’m very blessed to have them in my life and for them helping me I have no bad things to say whatsoever.
