My TTM counselor Angela Smith was amazing. She and I went on a journey together which ended with new found resilience. Angela provided insightful feedback which was highly beneficial to our sessions. She also pushed me with "assignments" which truly enhanced the overall process/experience. I highly recommend TMM and Angela. And if I want to continue I will ask for her. Overall TMM was an exceptional experience.

My school recommends temporary therapy services through TTM. The process was very straightforward and everyone got back to me in a timely manner in the beginning to schedule an appointment however the provider I was suppose to see ended up leaving the practice a few days before my appointment. Someone was suppose to reach out to schedule a new appointment and I also reached out and haven't heard from anyone.

I have nothing but the best things to say about TTM Counseling.
In the past, I had made attempts to go to therapy through kaiser, but never really felt heard or connected to the therapists provided. I had given up on therapy, until I came to TTM Counseling.
I shared some of my background and how I preferred working with someone younger, a person of color, and LGBTQ friendly, because I felt that I could be more open and connect with someone that aligned with me.
The Executive Director, Beverly, partnered me with my therapist, Dianna.
Dianna has been such a tremendous amount of support. From the start, Dianna has been great at listening, and making me feel heard. At the end of every session, she has provided me with things to work on until our next session. At times when I felt like I was back to square one, she has reminded me of the progress we have made together. Over the past year of working with Dianna, she has helped me grow in areas that I thought I’d never be able to. She has helped me advocate for myself, and put myself first. And for that, I truly appreciate her so so much! Dianna truly exemplifies those qualities of a great therapist.
And for Beverly, thank you so much for partnering me with such a great therapist. I may have given up on therapy had you not introduced me to Dianna. I also appreciate your patience and support in helping me understand everything I need to know about the process. You have been nothing but kinda, when I am sure you have these same conversations day in, and day out.

I have never had any kind of counseling before and honestly was a little nervous. My Therapist Dawn Reale made everything so easy and comfortable. She helped me work through a lot. I highly recommend TTM Counseling.

I was using their services through my work and the therapist I was seeing was amazing but they let her go and then the lady named Beverly was extremely rude about me not being able to call them back and saying they had given me a phone call, well turns out they weren’t even calling my phone number. I told them I had never received a call, to which Beverly answered “ here’s a screen shot of the calls I made. That was when I caught it was an incorrect number. Since I was at work I couldn’t call them so I told them the number was incorrect and then gave them my actual number. I didn’t say anything more, or less. Well Beverly said I was “ aggressive for stating that the number they had was incorrect. I told her I didn’t appreciate her calling me aggressive when I just told her the number was wrong, and gave her the actual number. I then asked for a different person to speak to about my treatment team since they changed it without letting me know only 2 to 3 days before my actual appointment. Beverly then got ruder than she originally was and started blaming me for not catching THEIR mistake earlier.I have scorn shots of how rude she was and the statements she made but I won’t post them right now since they have contact numbers and full names. If I could give negative 10 stars for how they treated me I would. Now the therapist I did have through them deserves 100 stars or more. Please find better people to talk to clients. People coming here usually need a more understanding person and kind person to help them. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money going else where unless the therapist you need and like is here.

Very responsive! Vaneesha contacted me immediately after I submitted an appointment request. I have benefits through my EAP and I was nervous that they wouldn’t have therapists or sessions available immediately. But that was not the case for me. The process was quick and I selected my therapist Raquel. She’s amazing on time for every appointment and each session has been life changing since our very first one. I’d highly recommend TTM !
