It's very sad they have some great counselors, but they don't have it together with other things. This is the 3rd time my app gets canceled last minute Brandi the manager doesn't understand that we schedule things for a reason and what works for us. They canceled my app this morning and want me to wait another week to reschedule during my working hours. That's the thing with this clinic they are not organized when it comes to the schedule I'm very disappointed.

Everything about this place makes you feel comfortable… the amazing receptionists, the beautiful decor, and the incredible diversity of counselors available! I got an appointment incredibly quickly which was a surprise after calling around to a bunch of different places. 10/10 would recommend

Went there for triage and thought things looked promising. But twice now my appointments were rescheduled last minute- which is ironic when TruTherapy has a HEFTY cancellation fee and 24+ hour notification policy. When appointments are booked weeks out for certain times, it's very frustrating to be rescheduled twice especially when care is needed on a reliable and consistent basis. Front desk was also rude when I called to figure out why I wasn't properly contacted the second time things were rescheduled. I will not be returning, and I am disappointed.

My daughter's Therapist was great, however, this company has "policies" that are absolutely discriminatory towards medically fragile children. It's profit over people and it shows.

The therapist played both sides. Lied about me recording while I was in office but instead she stalked my social media page assuming there was recordings done in office. All she had to say was she couldn’t handle clients that have dealt with a lot of trauma but instead caused confusion to get out of I guess being exposed. Management was great with clearing up the situation but I later was told that I was supposedly discharged from this establishment when in all actuality I stopped going. Turn over rate is high here. Therapist are in & out in months. If you’re looking to get a new therapist every other month this is the place for you. If you feel that the therap

My experience with my 1st counselor was not for me, we just didn't click or have any sort of connection. And for me I felt that was important so that I can open up during my therapy journey. After two appointments I called to cancel my third. I wasn't going to make a third appointment. The receptionist asked me why. Reluctantly I told her it was because I didn't really like my counselor. I'm glad she encouraged me to open up and express my feelings to her. She was able to put me with a different counselor who I felt much more comfortable and at ease with. Miss Alexis Hill has helped me so much. Therapy is very much a journey and she helps make sure I know I'm not on it alone. As far as the psychiatrist goes... It took over three months before I was able to see the doctor. It took twice of being asked to be put on the waitlist. But once I finally saw the doctor she immediately put me on medicine. I knew by day 10 that medicine was not for me. I told my counselor at our next appointment who told the receptionist who got the message along to the doctor and within a week I had another appointment and was able to change to a better medication for me. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience at this mental health clinic in comparison to others that I've been to.
