Most convenient hotel/best stay at ATL!! The moment you pull up, southern hospitality at its finest! The valets were so kind and grabbed our luggage even though we opted out of valet parking (returning a rental). Front desk staff were super nice and accommodating. The room was clean, and even though you're right by the airport, couldn't hear the planes. Bed was comfy, water was hot. 3 minute walk to the tram that takes you right to the airport. If you have a rental car, it stops there, too. Drop the rental, take the tram to the hotel, then tram to the airport. Zero complaints and best hotel stay in while. Will be back!

My family stayed here on two separate occasions. During both times, we truly enjoyed our stay! The rooms are clean, the breakfast has a great assortment of foods and beverages, the lobby is spacious and beautiful, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Two staff members that stand out for their exceptional service are Troy and Sue. They were very responsive to our needs and were down to earth and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The location is very convenient to the airport and local shops and eateries. GREAT JOB, TRU! ❤️

The customer service at ACE was professional. Aaron was really thoughtful from Ace parking. I referred my friends and family to Ace parking service and look forward to doing business this hotel again all the workers are constantly working doing their best and making it their top priority to accommodate us in every way they could think of. Aaron is very bright and social able on top of being an awesome team player!!

Hotel is new and conveniently located outside the airport. You can walk there. But the most impressive aspect of this hotel was the staff. Kudos to Rod and Aaron for their warm personalities and always wanting to help us find the best places to eat and just making us feel welcomed. You dont get that too often these days.

Stayed one night as I flew in late and it was easy to get to. This was the first Tru I stayed at and it was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good. I was there for less than 12 hours but if I needed a place close to Harts field this does the trick

Hotel itself was really nice. Lovely room, great chilling reception area that had good seating and entertainment. The breakfast was LOVELY, so so nice. Only downside was that it was slightly dirty in my room, with some hairs I found around and then the reception workers were not the most welcoming. They were helpful but they did not seem like they wanted to be there to work and offer the service, did not seem very approachable.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and I’m usually very picky about where I stay, but this hotel is top notch! The rooms are very clean, the staff from the front desk to the valet guys are so helpful and friendly! Especially Rod, Aaron and Jay!! These guys need to teach a class so others can follow in their lead!!!

Overall our stay was great. As always, the employees lived up to the high standards we have come to expect from Hilton. My only complaints are minimal, and can be fixed. Our room was nice, roomy and clean. I was disappointed because we had a beautiful view, but the window was cloudy. It was on the outside, so it wasn't a housekeeping issue. The breakfast was phenomenal and quiet impressive. The style of decor was up to date and fun. The facility is quite flexible to meet the needs of many, children, pets, travelers, etc. I was really impressed with the details - they have a monitor in the lobby showing up to date flight information for anyone flying.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would ask is that they sell the soaps and lotions they use in the rooms because I absolutely loved the lemon sugar products and wanted some to take home.
