Stephanie gives such a beautiful, DEEP massage all the while inducing you into a in a very calm and relaxed state. I found myself breathing with her, which got me in tune with my body and her touch, enhancing the benefits of the massage greatly! Best massage I've ever had! Before working on me, Stephanie and I talked about what I wanted and where in my body I needed support. She is not your typical therapist. Stephanie was incredible, I went to her for a shoulder issue that I needed worked out. We did a short intake meeting before the massage which made me feel like she was really listening to my specific concerns. You can tell that she not only has working knowledge but also is very educated in human anatomy. Highly recommend Stephanie for massage work.

I’ve had a lot of body work over the years, especially during my 12 year professional triathlete career. Stephanie was in the top three deep tissue, therapeutic massages I’ve ever had in my entire life, I was truly blown away at how skilled she was, and one day later a lot of my back and neck pain has completely subsided. Stephanie is a like a heat seeking missile to all that may be tight or in need of love/work in one's body. In a situation where one could feel vulnerable, her professionalism, her draping technique, her ability to do breath work while she works with you and the overall ambiance puts one immediately at ease. Her use of hot stones and facial and head massage was other worldly and often overlooked by others. Needless to say, I booked my next 2 appointments before I left and recommend that everyone else do the same- she is sure to be in high demand.
