I didn't get the name of the person that helped me with my forms. But everyone there was amazing, helpful and kind. This was during the Southern California Edison power cut. My time spent was less than 20 minutes there. I love this place!

The staff is great, the phone system and available to actually get in touch with said staff is utter trash. GOOD LUCK. You're better off bombarding the office and waiting the 10 hours.

wish you had the option to speak directly to a person rather than having to go through all the options! Speaking to worker as an option should be asked right away!! Otherwise I love your office in yucaipa! Staff are always very polite and informative! Thank you all for your service!

Most rude people I’ve ever met to work here !!! It’s like they’re miserable with their life , this is the second time I’ve come here & someone was more than rude to me for no reason !!!! Older white blond lady was so rude & refused to help me because I was sniffling and NOT EVEN SICK she was so worried about getting sick yet was wearing a homemade cloth mask & told me “yea no someone over there can help you” how can anyone get anything done with rude people ! IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB DONT WORK THERE !!!

Yucaipa TAD office is rarely busy, staff is quick to see you. Would have given 5 stars but the staff I interacted with weren't that friendly. They were efficient though.
