Jeannie, what a difference she has made! A team of leaders at our organization has attended an 8-month long Leadership Training lead by Jeannie. Setting aside one day a month to devote to leadership improvement has truly been a great experience. Jeannie has a gift to share! Her energy, guidance, games (yeah!) and engagement, along with thought-provoking exercises that require careful considerations of newly gained knowledge has aided in transforming the way we react as leaders. I would highly recommend Jeannie as a trainer and guide.
