Cecile, and the other therapist are very wise and intuitive, quickly recognizes what the individual needs. They really listen and let you talk. You will not feel rushed, just very cared for. You should also follow the Get Mental podcast/radio show for a lot of great mental health tips put out by Cecile at Transcend Therapy.
