Michelle is an amazing trainer! Her style and pace is a perfect blend of professionalism and realism. She is very authentic and very knowledgeable. I appreciated her guidance and support in building my skills and confidence as a trainer. I often reflect on her presentation style when preparing to deliver my own trainings. The curriculum and supporting materials taught me how to design better trainings without relying on slides. Michelle gave us the why behind the what. I've since attended another TOT for early childhood trainers which did not compare to the level of professionalism from TrainSMART. I benefited greatly from this TOT experience!

I have been a trainer for about 30 years and recently took the Virtual Instructor-led Train-the-Trainer Workshop with TrainSmart.

I absolutely loved this training. I got the chance to meet other trainers and learn from them too.
Our trainer, Michelle, made the class very interesting and I walked away with expanded knowledge and experience from this training.
The virtual presentation was well done and I learned a lot about (new to me) training methodologies and tools.
I also learned of and practiced with many online tools that are helpful in training my clients.
As a direct result of taking the training online I now make my classes more engaging and interesting to my clients.

This training is well worth taking whether someone is new to training others or a seasoned trainer.

The series on Train The Trainer (TTT) was absolutely amazing, expanded my personal growth as a trainer (for my IT department) and so much more! I am excited to share that the class provided my transition of our courses to a virtual format at the beginning of the pandemic, which proved to be incredibly valuable since we are still not fully back to the normal in class setting! The TTT course was well taught, well received and everyone involved made the experience seamless! I would recommend this course for anyone teaching, no matter whether a novice or an expert. Thanks to all of the people at TrainSMART, Inc. for everything and I hope to be able to take other courses with TrainSMART at some point in my career!

I had a absolute Amazing training with Cindy ! She not only gave us tools we can use as a facilitator she used the tools in real time so we can each understand how to properly utilize these tools within all of our different fields. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone that would like to expand there knowledge on facilitating.
