This place is an absolute joke. They never answer the phone so you have to drive there. Hopefully your not tdy like me bc then your just screwed. Gotta love the army never fixing anything or holding anyone accountable. They'll change base names though 😁

Hope you don't want to call and talk to anyone, because they will sit there and actively ignore the ringing phone. You get sent straight to a voicemail that gives you a phone number, tells you not to leave a message then hangs up.

And the number it gives you is the same one you already dialed to get there.

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are all fantastic and know what they're doing, and every tuition assistance request that I have submitted has been approved within three business days. If I ever have any questions, they are quick to answer over the phone or letting me know when the next appointment is. Five stars!

This Education Center has been struggling for years.

Very poorly motivated staff, low class behavior, hard to understand slang and tone, general unwillingness to assist anyone or even get out of their chairs.

They're however really good at making you sign in several times in order to pump up their numbers.

Good Luck with them answering the phone. Despite them giving you multiple numbers.

I'm glad to be PCSing after nearly 8 years of having to deal with them.

They don't answer the phone. Automated message says to call the very same number, but also not to leave a message. The email address listed online site does not go to an active address.

I wish I could give this place 0 star. You can’t get no one on the phone. When you get to the building you are waiting more then 30 mins for some one to even greet you. It’s been more then 30 mins and I’m still waiting. Would not recommend coming to this place.

I went to the Army IgnitED help lab. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend them if you are looking to use the TA or CA available.

Never calls back when finally able to get to some sort of answering system. The phone number listed is inaccurate, and some of the people there are rude or condensending.
