I have been working with Jeff for the last 6 months and he has been a tremendous help in my personal and spiritual growth. I’ve spent the last 20 years in traditional therapy, and while helpful, as I evolved as a person, I needed my therapy to evolve as well. I specifically set out to find someone who spoke “my language.” After my first meeting with Jeff, I felt a huge sense of relief because I finally found someone that understood the world as I do.

Jeff is sharp and keen, while also compassionate and nonjudgmental. Not only does he have the ability to pick up on what I need to hear, he picks up on how I need to hear it. He helps me see the bigger picture, while still breaking things down to a practical level. Jeff is extremely thorough in the work that he does. He always makes sure that we cover everything that is on my mind. He is always there to chat even if we don’t have a scheduled session.

I will be forever grateful for Jeff helping me on my personal journey. He has been a huge catalyst for my growth and I recommend him to anyone seeking to find the truth of who they are and how they show up in the world.

Tinley guidance has helped me tremendously through some difficult life changes and challenging times. Since I’ve started my sessions I've processed through so much and I always walk away feeling and ultimately doing better than before. Jeff is always on time and very responsive. He is compassionate and non judgmental. He also always makes sure I don’t get too far ahead of myself and stay in the present.
I particularly like that I can schedule sessions over the phone or in person.
The sessions have really helped me during this current pandemic.
