If I could give Sheila a 10 star rating, I would. Her theraputic skills are increidible. She creates such a comfortable and safe enviorment for you. Makes you feel welcomed and at ease without any judgment whatsoever. Her listening skills make you feel as if you were talking to a best freind. She provides amazing feedback. I would recommend her to anyone, even in the initial 15 minute consultation you will sense that empathy and support.
