I’ve hired trainers in the past but never had someone so helpful, motivating and knowledgeable a trainer as Harrison. He listens to you, adjusts trainings based on you, and challenges you. You can’t go wrong with such a client-centered trainer!

Harrison has been the best trainer I've had. Every workout was tailored to me and my physical needs. From stretches to cooldowns, every workout focused on improving my specific needs and goals. None of the workouts felt like a standard routine that is built out one time, then replicated for everyone that is using his services. A lot of time was spent on properly building up flexibility, and strength in the areas of my body that needed it and improved my personal health! Getting nutritional tips to help with cutting weight, having more energy throughout the day, or even helping get to sleep in the evening was an additional bonus! With Harrison there's no feeling of, "I could do this on my own" during the workout, he builds the session around what you need, and is passionate about helping improve your personal health!

Where to even start....Harrison changed the way I think about health in the best way possible.

My health journey has been on and off for far too long and I have tried everything under the sun. From hiit classes, to solo gym sessions running biking hiking and more and sadly everything was inconsistent.

I started working with Harrison about a year ago and the goal was weight loss and to feel better about myself. I used to be an athlete and sadly let myself get in the worst shape of my life. When I started I set to lose about 80 lbs, as of now I am down 40 lbs but what is crazy is how much better I feel, how much energy I have and how my body moves. I will admit my goals have changed and as my body composition has with it I have started focusing much more on long term health.

Harrison has helped me get exponentially stronger, focus on diet, mentality and go down a shirt size which now even looks a bit baggy. I have had 5 knee surgeries and his guidance has kept me on track into working through aches and pains. Working out is a part of my life now and I don't think it ever won't be.

It is wild that I used to think mental and physical health weren't tied together, I am constantly getting comments from friends, family and coworkers that I seem like a completely different person who is too notch at everything.

When it comes down to it is personal training expensive? Yes, it is..but is it worth it.....with Harrison it's the best investment I've made in my life. Stop asking yourself if you should focus on health tomorrow and get in the gym and get working. Work with Harrison and change your life. Besides how much time, energy and money have you spent on things that are detrimental for your health?
