Took my daughter for a first session just last week. Before today's next session, We had an emergency for our other child at school where she got hurt by falling down some steps, and was late home to join the session; and all the therapist could think of was "just to let you know our policy, if you miss another session, well have to cancel her slot." Not even an "omg, I hope your child is okay. That's all she could say was they'd cancel her slot. But let's pretend this isn't about them not getting paid when a session is missed. I canceled right there and then. We need people who actually care about others and understand that unexpected things happen to people. We found a better place already online.

The council here was one-hundred-percent neglectful. A father calls the counselor to ask legal questions the counselor cancels apt . The mother and her were colluding together to help the mother steal custody.
