I have used this store to send packages, return packages, and most recently to get documents notarized and sent in an overnight package. This is a small store and Francis handles plenty of customers and constant questions of all kinds all day long. Thus, in all fairness I gave 5 stars. He always gets the job done and gives helpful suggestions! I also come prepared to send my packages too. That is why I use this UPS store.

The staff was so rude, there is still 15 more minutes until the close time. But a guy who said his name is Francis saw us approaching the door and suddenly come and lock the door said it’s already closed. He was so rude! First time here and won’t come back again if he is the staff here

Came in 30 min before closing to return a phone from TMobile with TMobile’s included packaging. He said since the phone is too expensive and didn’t want to be responsible for it he immediately denied me service. Extremely rude didn’t want to even attempt to come up with a solution and pretty much shooed me away. It was a phone in a case in a box the only way it would break in packaging is if a car ran over it.
Disappointed Listen to all the other reviews!! He will ruin your day!

I purchased an item which should have been shipped to my home. Item was never shipped. I payed to have it shipped to a UPS store. In which. My item from UPS never arrived anywhere. I called and they said. Our delivery service driver. Never shipped. We will investigate our driver. Ok awesome where’s my package? ?

As previous customer mention, if you select free pack by UPS store with Amazon box they will charge you tape free. Instead they charge them $1, I have been told to charged $2 per one tape. Never make those experience at other store. If you do any Amazon, select other will be your better choice. The counter not friendly at all, read review before you come. This is a choice I make to here and never come here again

If I could give 0 stars I would, it was 40 minutes before the store’s closing hours and the Asian dude with glasses refused service because it was too “late”. I understand there may be a cut off time and all, but the way he said it to me with pure rudeness and lack of wanting to do his own job. Please if you do not want to work or follow your store’s closing hours, do not be there.

I recently had a terrible experience at this location. The worker was disrespectful. When I went to pick up my package, one of the employees just pointed and told me to go get it myself. Despite my efforts, I couldn't find it, and he muttered something about how I couldn't see it. This isn't the first time I've encountered such rudeness—there's an older male and a younger female who consistently treat customers poorly. I've observed their behavior on multiple occasions while waiting in line. I've often considered leaving a negative review but decided against it. However, their bad attitudes, as if we owe them something, are unacceptable.Terrible service!

Employees here are arrogant. THIS STORE CANNOT RETURN YOUR PACKAGE!!! They just tell you they don't have any internet and tell you to go to another store. I been here twice and got the same results. If you are trying to return your package, don't go here. Trust me, it will save you some time.
