If you are looking to get a friend or a loved one some help, I highly recommend that you consider the Runway. Their staff is not only knowledgeable and prompt, it's obvious that they put their clients comfort and success before anything else. The facility (I don't like calling it a facility because it feels like a home) is modern but cozy, clients get their own space, and the food is great. A lot of rehabs and detoxes will just run you through the cycle to get the next patient in, but they do everything they can to help you stabilize and plan for a positive next step.

We dropped our son off at runway 2 1/2 years ago and he’s been sober ever since. They provided a warm caring atmosphere and foundation for his recovery. And now our son is working in recovery, helping others . We couldn’t be more grateful! As parents of a 19 year old at the time it was such a difficult time but the staff at runway was amazing, communicated well with us and set us up with support. We have lots of love for the staff at Runway.

Runway gave a the launching pad I needed to start my path to a new and better life. The staff did everything in their power to provide a comfortable and productive environment. The facility was clean and safe. This place set me up for success to move forward onto my next phase of treatment. The tools and guidance I received during my time here shaped my attitude and outlook for going onto the next step. They grabbed my hand when I reached out during the darkest time in my life and did everything in their power to get me to a stable place to restart my life. I could not be more thankful for Runway and the staff.

Runway is a remarkable facility. They helped my son immensely while keeping the family updated. Going through a difficult phase in life provides for stress, concern and worry. The staff at Runway is sensitive to this and thoughtfully kept me (mom) informed. Communication is crucial and allows for harmonious healing for everyone. Thank you Runway for your stellar program!

I would just like to take a few moments to praise The Runway Detox Center and their staff. This is where I started my journey in sobriety. Lisa was instrumental in getting me here from Texas and plugged in. She’d call me everyday and that really meant a lot. She is truly missed. To honor her memory I will continue my journey as I am now going on 14 months sober and sponsoring others. I am also now sponsored by a sober softball brand. I am on H&I panels monthly to serve and give back what has been given to me. . Cyrus, Ritchie, Tristan and all the guys at the house are great and I would recommend anyone who is in need and ready to get sober to go there! You’re not just a number these people truly care about you! Thank you Vechi and all of the staff and God bless.

I have been to a few detoxes in my life and this one takes the cake. The environment is house like ( not a turn and burn facility like other bigger detox centers) with up to 6 clients at a time. The amount of individual care time per client is top notch. They also work hard to make sure clients have a successful aftercare program and deep ties into the surrounding community. This place saved my life and helped me get going in the right direction.

If you are reading this it’s because you or a loved one needs help. I get it. I came to Runway in October 2023 after finding myself depressed, bitter, lonely, and hopeless. I was utterly broken. I had lost my enthusiasm for life. I spent the previous year bouncing in and out of sobriety because the only tool I had at the time to deal with my unwanted feelings was to drink alone. I landed at Runway after finally making a call and asking for help. No question that’s the hardest part. My time at Runway put me on a path to more than just sobriety, a path towards healing so I could begin to find acceptance and peace. It was not easy, and it did not happen overnight. It has been a long road of recovery. But a necessary one. Runway gave me a safe place to begin my journey and I just celebrated a year sober last month. Sometimes things just click, and I remember while at runway I asked Noah how he did it. Noah’s response was short, simple and direct. He said, “I stopped building my recovery around my life, and began building my life around my recovery.” Once I embraced that simple message I was well on my way. Special shout out to Richie and Triston for taking time to just talk to me, helping me feel seen, make special trips for small conscience items, cooking (especially Richie’s Chicken Parmesan), and getting me to laugh again.
