I started off as a trainee with The Pilates Center almost 20 years ago and was extremely lucky to have spent countless hours ensconced in an environment that values the depth and true meaning of the Pilates work - through the history of the work into its evolution.

I went on to become an instructor, Licensed Teacher Trainer and studio owner in Ireland with not only an understanding of the work but how to teach and connect to everyone who walks through my door. The tools they gave me, coupled with the unrivalled reputation of The Pilates Center in the Pilates world that graduates of this program take with them when they graduate made my dream of travelling and living abroad a reality.

They are the simply the best in the business, if you crave depth of knowledge taught with passion and dedication - you have found your Pilates home.

The Pilates Center has been my Pilates home-away-from-home since the early 2000's. I studied there as a student, then a trainee in their Teacher Training programs, then I became a Host Advisor and Host Studio (helping others become teachers), and now I am a Licensed Teacher Trainer for TPC! What does all this mean? My life is rich and full not only because of the magic of the Pilates Method, but because The Pilates Center has always provided a safe and nurturing environment in which to learn. To ask questions. To be unsure. To grow and become better. To keep moving forward. Teaching Pilates and helping to bring other amazing, intuitive teachers into the world is one of the greatest joys of my life, and I would NOT be where I am today without Amy, Rachel, Kaile, Kelli and the whole team! <3

I am currently enrolled in The Pilates Center's Advanced Teacher Training program, and I am delighted with my experience so far. The TPC leadership is incredible - Amy, Kelli, and Kaile have a wealth of knowledge and experience and make themselves available to trainees in an approachable way. The program is no joke - it takes commitment and time management to work through the material and keep up with the training hours, but I feel incredibly supported and fulfilled in the journey. There are many training programs out there, but my experience has fully lived up to my high expectations for this program based on its reputation.

I had the opportunity to take some group classes and private lessons here while visiting Boulder. This place is amazing. Super knowledgeable instructors and such a warm welcoming environment. I just returned from an Immersion Weekend at The Pilates Center. I did the Advanced Programme in 2013 through a Licensed Studio, then the Masters Programme in 2018, and now I offer the training programmes at my studio in Edinburgh. I never cease to be inspired by the knowledge and compassion shown by ALL of the teachers at TPC. Their commitment to the spirit of Pilates - both doing and teaching - is unparalleled. And the way they have been early adopters of streaming/online technology, means I always feel I can be a part of their community, no matter the distance. It's the beating heart of Pilates.
