After my rotator cuff surgery on November 21st, I expected pain in my healing shoulder, but nothing prepared me for what came next. By December 24th, I started experiencing intense muscle spasms—not in my surgical arm, but in the other one. The pain was relentless, sharp, and overpowering. Desperate for relief, I went to urgent care on December 26th and was prescribed a muscle relaxant. I hoped it would help, but nothing changed.

By December 28th, the pain had become unbearable, radiating down my arm, making even the simplest movements excruciating. I went to the ER, where they suggested I might have cervical radiculopathy. They gave me more muscle relaxers and pain medication and sent me home. But the medications barely dulled the agony. After doing a few movements with my arm Brian said he did not agree with that diagnosis.
