I've been to a lot of gyms in the area but Starling by far has the most genuine personality and has a heart for his clients and those he encounters. Not to mention, his prices are economical but he does NOT lack quality. If you're looking for a gym that gives you a personal experience, look no further.

Hands down one of the Best and professional Trainers I’ve been training with for about 5 yrs. I love the atmosphere, very family oriented. I love the youth training program for my kids. Besides the physical results . I love the friendships and family vibes at Kardio King Fitness Center.

Sterling does an amazing job getting the best out of you and the results you desire. After a long break from working out I can already see changes in my body after only a month back. His encouraging style motivates you to work hard every session. Id recommend him to anyone looking to find a comfortable, clean and encouraging environment to train in.

I loveeeee my gymmmmmm!!!!! The owner is super cool and silly as heck but very professional, and the other trainers are quality an motivating.
The gym is still building, and every time I come in, there is new equipment or decor. He is steadily developing to ensure we have what we need to get the best workouts guaranteed!!!!
They offer bootcamps, personal trainer, wrestling, athlete development, and kids focused camps!!!

Come on overrrrrrr to THE KARDIO KING you'll love it here I guarantee it!!
