I was in so much pain until today. Thank you Dr. Wesley and The Joint Chiropractic Team for giving me the care I needed! Dr. Wesley listened to my concerns and was very thorough and attentive through my entire experience.
I left out of the facility feeling light as a feather and pain free!!
The receptionist was very attentive as well and explained all of the prices and what the facility had to offer!
They have become an addition to my health and wellness for sure!!!

I was a little skeptical when I called on the phone because I Haven’t had an adjustment in so very long. However, once there they immediately made me feel comfortable. There are forms that you have to fill out, but wouldn’t you still fill out forms if you went to a regular doctors office or Family Practice or specialist is the same thing he’s a specialist. The doctor explained everything to me what he thought he could do. He walked me through it as he was doing it he made me feel very comfortable and guess what I was walking out of there probably an inch taller feeling way better than when I Went in. I definitely recommend for anyone who wanna get straightened out!

Great experience. Dr. John was friendly and professional. He completed my adjustment, and I was very satisfied. I like that I come in on my lunch break and be seen pretty quickly. They will offer packages which I purchased because I need regular care. Fast, friendly and affordable!

The front desk staff were exceptionally rude during my visit, which left a negative impression. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Unfortunately, it seems that customer service in Covington, Georgia, is generally subpar, and this establishment is no exception.

The establishment was very clean and all employees were very professional and the Doc extremely knowledgeable and confident in his craft. Every step of the process was properly explained to me beforehand and in common sense terms. This was my first adjustment and I’ll be back due to the instant relief felt afterwards.

I had so much pain in my hip and back. I went today and was able to walk again. Everyone is kind and I loved my first visit. Will be back tomorrow

Lied to and misled. PREDATORY.

Came to this location because my father passed away. Was told I could cancel the membership in Colorado because I was pretty sure my health insurance would cover it. Called corporate. They said call the store you went to. Called the store I went to, only to be told “not only are we not refunding or canceling but you have to pay another month.” While reading the contract the woman at the desk assured us (misled us) to believing we could cancel at anytime. The rude lady who sneered today “well you should have read it. I’ll send it to you” we were rushing and she assured us we could cancel and that was a LIE.

So, even though we were only able to go to a location ONCE, they want to keep the full $75 for last month and get a whole brand new $75 for this month when due to my rare condition, my health plan actually covers chiropractor.

If you enjoy your mental health, stay away from this place and find a less predatory chiropractor.

UPDATE: within an hour of posting my review a manager contacted me. They said I was mistaken and they would take care of it. They were going to refund the original payment as well as ensure no more money was taken. Guess what? They charged my husbands account EVEN THOUGH - we were told no further charges would be made.

Mr. Manager, sure would like an explanation. I’ll wait. If I don’t hear from you tomorrow we will be filing a dispute with my husbands account and my review will remain, as I will not pretend you fixed it by calling me.

Owner response is a joke. Your manager said they would refund and the person should have noted in my account, but they didn’t. Literally the worst experience 🤣✨
