My son trained with the coaches of The Den at a previous location. His interests changed throughout time and he focused on football, but once he heard that The Den was opening in Yorba Linda he couldn't wait to get started again. The entire staff, but especially the coaching staff, make sure students and parents feel very comfortable. I have always found it intimidating to try and join a martial arts gym, but at The Den students of all skill sets are welcomed in like family. If you have a child that needs physical activity, endurance, confidence, and/or discipline I could not recommend The Den more. Such a wonderful addition to the Yorba Linda community!!

I've known Coach Ben and the rest of the coaches/athletes for a few years. There's no question how lucky the area of Yorba Linda is to have this quality of a gym and staff in their city. This gym is perfect for all levels of training from beginners to those wanting to be at the highest level. I've seen the coaches work with people of all ages and the proof is in the development I've seen and had in my own mma training, body development, and mental game. Expect all things you look for in a training center, here. Coach Ben really goes out of his way to help each and every member. From my experiences with him if you ask for help in anything he'll do best he can without hesitation. And it shows as you get to know the rest of the coaches and members also. This gym and team is all about respect, havin fun, and making sure everyone is taken care of. It's a place you'll never regret being apart of.

Being trained by the coaches at the Den has helped me not only with getting in the best shape of my life, but also in gaining the confidence through martial arts to know that I can protect myself if ever needed.
I’m having my sister and niece train as well to learn self defense and gain the skills to protect themselves. It’s truly valuable to learn from coaches who have battle tested there craft and teach with patience and care. Ben, Javier, Richie and all the coaches are masters of their craft and have so much to share.

We’ve known Coach Ben and his family for over four years. Our kids have trained side by side, and spent a lot of time together. The instructors here, have the perfect balance of patience and firmness while teaching the kids class! My 8 year old son Mac is always excited to attend class. In addition to it being a fun place for him to release energy with his friends, more importantly, the classes teach him discipline, respect and enhance his confidence! The life skills that the courses provide are priceless!!
