I have told these people not to call me. Before 9 o'clock in the morning. I was called on my day off at 7:45 in the morning. As I'm righting this review. It doesn't even say the business is open yet. I told them you just woke me up. This is the second time you've done this. Why are you calling me at 7:45 in the morning on my day off?

The 45 minute medical phone call. I had this person, Alicia completely failed me. She prescribed me some drug for my mental health. That would have costed $700 per prescription withinsurance and $1800 purprescription without. Because of her, I am even more depressed. I can't get meds now until I can recall her and after reschedule with her. Why wouldnt she just give me a more commonly easy access medication? They know. I don't have medical insurance or medicaid.

The first counselor I had what? Just generically tell me advice that a friend could give me. I have major anxiety disorder, major depression. And they don't care, they just wanna pigeon hole you into a paycheck collecting program. And say you're gonna be better in 3 months if you do this in this.

Unfortunately, you get what you pay for all of my experiences with this place. Have been frustrating and after I change. My counselor who I only met twice over zoom. Because I knew he was just collecting a paycheck. I could tell that there was no real connection. The second one they assigned me with. I gotta wait another week and she ends up calling in sick to work.

I have seen two different counselors at this clinic. The first one was not a good fit for me, and while she didn't do anything "wrong" per se, I decided to switch to a different person. I called the main line to switch and the receptionist was very understanding and helped me find a different counselor to work with. The second counselor is great, and a much better fit for my needs. Thank you!

Drug pushers. I kept trying to tell my councilor I did not wish to take any prescription anti-depressants /mood equalizers, and was only looking for a way to cope with my terrible call center job. Every time I went in they kept suggesting I see the nurse to get set up on psyche meds. Once I finally gave in, (Reluctantly), the day after I called to schedule an appointment, I come to find out the nurse had JUST gone on vacation for 3 weeks, that day! Naturally I became sick of all this... I finally call in to tell them that I no longer wish to do business with them. She was so rude, I don't believe the person I spoke to could have been more happy to get me off the phone, even though I was being polite and respectful in my cause. So, if you are looking for a place that does not listen to you and a prescription to dangerous drugs. Call 'em up! They will be happy to accommodate such deplorable behavior. I on the other hand, would like to find a better, more permanent solution.

Gail is a doctor that doesn't value her patients , heard horrible things from other customers in the lobby and she canceled the first day after her vacation. I really need to see a doctor and now I am forced to seek help elsewhere , YOU ARE HELPING PATIENTS WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, take some responsibility and don't work days you don't want to. I just hope there was no one that needed to go today more than I did because I was really looking forward to finally getting the help I have needed .All of the other staff has been amazing in my experience but do NOT make an appointment with Gail, unless you don't care about your time. Called me 20 minutes before the appointment as well to cancel.

I wish I could give 0 stars, This place made me never want to try counseling again. If you want your life messed up even more and have even more depression/ anxiety or want to relive those traumatic experiences X10 then go ahead and choose North range Greeley. They don’t listen, they screw you over emotionally and then they do it again by over charging you for misdiagnosing you, medicating you for what they think you have without really listening to you so you feel gaslit (they diagnose and prescribe meds after the 45 minute session phone call.) I had Vicki as my therapist and she was seriously the most insincere and condescending person to have help people in need. Bunch of money hungry pill pushers.

If I can give them a zero I would .Staff is extremely slow it takes forever for them to do anything. they mess up the schedule they messed up the paperwork the simplest tasks are too hard for them. The so-called counselors and "drs" don't listen don't care. told me to eat healthier exercise and get counseling when I have severe manic depression severe anxiety and severe bipolar. told me there is NO way I'm having the side effects I was telling her I was having and that she's never heard of the medicine doing the opposite of what it's supposed to do. Lol 90% of the reviews pharmacist and other people I've talked about and everything I've read it's extremely common to be feeling what I am feeling and trying to tell her that apparently I insulted her well guess what you don't know what the heck you're talking about listen to your patients especially when they're talking about killing themselves!!!!!! People who go there are extremely fragile and people are asking for help and for you to make me feel ten times worse and make them feel unwarranted about their feelings and telling us that they are wrong you should be ashamed of yourself please take this job seriously before someone gets hurt.

North Range has been amazing helping my oldest through some really dark times. All the therapists and doctors have been helpful, supportive and understanding. I don't know what we would have done without all the help and support we've gotten from the staff there.
