They tried to charge me for the full cost of my appointments ONE YEAR I had already paid the co-pay. And when I refused, they threatened to send my bill to the collectors.

I ended up having to re-file their claims against my insurance for them. The process was made more stressful because they keep insisting I pay the full amount even when it was their ineptitude that caused them to file the claims incorrectly which caused my insurance to remove their payments in the first place.

I wish I had read the Yelp reviews (search: “The Clinic” location: San Francisco, CA) beforehand because they express similar frustrations with the billing office.

It's always a pleasure to visit with Dr. Aranovich. He has a great personal touch and is never condescending. He is always thinking of the best approach for me. Dr. Mirza is always great and helps me understand better what is going on with me and how to think positive.
