We came down for thanksgiving week. Site 28. The water tap leaked when on, got it repaired same day I reported it. We enjoyed our stay. For RVs, this place is excellent. Level site, bubble centered at first look.

We stayed here overnight, passing through. We arrived at dark but it was an easy check in. We found our spot quick. There were several people around us out hanging out, they kept to themselves and weren’t too sociable but that is ok, we weren’t there to meet friends, just passing through for a night sleep. It was clean and cute, they have these rail car rooms that look adorable. We would definitely stay here again. It’s very close to Williams which is a very cute town

If you have a kid who loves trains, this is a great place to stay! We came in December for the nearby Polar Express experience and stayed in caboose #1. The beds were comfy and the car was nice and warm. The bunkbeds were sturdy queen-sized and can easily accommodate adults. Good water pressure in the shower. The rooms are more rustic and cozy than swanky—although it looks like there are nicer motel rooms and tiny home units in the same campground if someone needs something fancier. But the ambience of the trailcar was such a great memory. Planning on coming again! Oh and the lady in the office was sooo kind to my 3-year-old nephew! Great to find a place so kid-friendly.

Booked this place for 2 nights and left a deposit. With the website pictures I was excited to stay there thinking it would be great for my kiddo. They took final payment before I arrived and I wish they didn’t. When we arrived I thought the place was untidy with old batteries piled up by the front door among other things. Went to our RV “deluxe” site and it was too narrow for our RV and very uneven. She moved us to another spot which was in between 2 long term tenants and there were old coolers and garbage on either side of the site. We chose not to stay. I said her website is misleading, the place is not as pictured online and she just walked away. I asked for the amount that she charged that day to be refunded as the site was unacceptable and have not heard back. Totally willing to forfeit my prepaid deposit however I did not approve them to charge my card prior to arrival. My suggestion is to not prepay for this place, if you are interested in staying here go see it first. There are about 3 other RV parks within a reasonable distance to this one and ALL were nicer and same price or cheaper.

Husband and I Enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights on the cozy cabin. People were very nice at the office. Such a nice relaxing getaway . Only recommend that more blinds installed, a shelf in the shower, a note on the door letting people know the door locks ...and more details on website of the 2 styles of cabins. Front cabins have lofts, room and bathroom and back cabins room and bathroom. Also don't place a family in a front cabin with a child if the back cabin is a couple with no kids.

To start, the room only had a space heater to keep a room that had spaces between door and wall keeping the room cold. TV had no local channels, only streaming type TV which was very difficult to use. I asked about room service. They said some days. I was given a couple of clean towels from office and given trash bags. Told to empty the trash in room myself and take it out to dumpster. I was alerted that my payment had been taken prior to my arrival. And come to find it non refundable. I had to stay cuz I couldn't afford another hotel. I actually left after 3 nights. Didn't stay the 4th night cuz it was way too cold in room. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Pros: 1. Nice and quiet. Not too many full timers there.
2. Great location to the Route 66 district area.
3. About an hour drive to Grand Canyon.
4. Not far off I40.
5. Great free Wifi-unless inclement weather.

We don’t use the amenities I.E- showers or laundry as we have those in our RV. Nice new cabins. Hotels look nice too.
Cons: 1. When you first drive where RV sites are, you have to pass a graveside lot of old & new RVs that are stored there.
2. Our site wasn’t leveled-they slant to the side.
3. Some broken picnic tables laying in some sites instead of being fixed or in trash.

A little rundown place, but with this economy it's hard to keep up with it. We had a spot for RV and it was great. Lilly was very nice and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Place is close to everything and very reasonable priced. Would definitely come back.
