I found this place on a whim. Just saw it driving and went in. Super glad I did as this was some of the most authentic Thai I've had since leaving the west coast. The price vs quality here is fantastic. You can order some apps and a main dish and still not break the bank. The service was a tiny bit slow but very sweet and inviting (Honestly our server was probably just a little busy). The decor was spot on for a Thai place and we had lovely window seats to be able to see the downtown strip. They also have fantastic value lunch specials that come with soup. If I'm ever back in the area I'm heading straight to Thai House for another wonderful meal.

My son really wanted to grab some sushi in Alamosa and so we stopped in to Thai House for lunch. It’s in a convenient spot right on Main Street. There’s always close parking. We ordered the Thai House Roll, Spider Roll and the Local Roll. The cream cheese is a nice finish in the local roll.

The rolls are $12 - $24 and pretty huge. I recommended they reduce the cost of each roll by $1-2 and also reduce the size. It’s hard to eat the pieces in one bite like normally designed by sushi chefs. A slightly lower price and smaller size would let people try more rolls.

I appreciate having this option for sushi in Alamosa. It’s always tasty.

Ate here while traveling though due to the good ratings, sadly, those ratings did not reflect our experience.

Was seated quickly, but waited over 10 min for anyone to come take our order even for drinks. We quickly ordered, beverages, appetizers, and sushi. The drinks came out quickly, the appetizer was reasonably quick, but initially was incorrect. It was then over 45 minutes to receive our sushi.

I realize staff shortages are real and it was busy so that is not the primary reason for the lower rating, but rather the food quality.

The egg rolls tasted like they were the frozen ones you can purchase at the store, and were not crispy nor flavorful. The most disappointing part though was the sushi. I will agree with other reviews here and say the size of the rolls was massive, too large to possibly eat in one bite. The sushi itself was bland, soggy, and did not taste or seem fresh.

I understand also this is a smaller town, but had to leave a review as a caution to those, who like us, saw the positive reviews and made a decision to eat here. Experience was more closely aligned with a 3.5 stars.

Pretty good overall! Driving through the town for sand dunes and stopped by for dinner. I would say the portion sizes are really good for the price. My noodle pile was as big as my forearm. Great place to stop by if you’re in the mood for some asian food since they have such a huge variety of foods. Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. I saw another table nearby with a GIANT sushi boat. Looks delicious

Food ratings:
Pad Thai was 10/10. Classic n delicious.
Tom Kha: Delicious.
Green curry was yum. Wish the meats were a little more flavored but the soup had great flavor.
Garlic Pork could use a little more salt or flavor on the vegetables but we had soy sauce on the table so it was ok. It was light, refreshing, and not sweet as we had requested.

I was craving for sweet & sour pork, usually I go to "Lucky Bamboo"; but I checked and saw that they have it in their menu, so I decided to try this place, BIG MISTAKE! It was nasty, it didn't taste or look like the usual sweet & sour pork, maybe because this is how Thai S&W pork is cooked? It seemed like the chef used fish stock instead of S&W sauce because it tasted like fish. There were cucumbers and onion leaves in it, and the pork was sliced thinly instead of cubed, with no breading. I can not say anything about the rest of their food because I haven't tried them; and I probably won't, BUT STAY AWAY FROM THE SWEET & SOUR!

I am of the opinion that Thai food in the US is like pizza. It’s all generally good, but some is better than others. This was not the best Thai restaurant I have been to, but it is definitely above average. In a city full of chains and fast food, this place definitely deserves your business. The curry was spiced well and the vegetables were fresh and tasted like vegetables. Dinner portion Panang Curry with a Thai iced tea was $18.18 after tax.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Thai House, both of our gluten-free meals missed the flavor mark.

Our Chicken Pad Thai and Beef Pad Kee-Mao tasted like they just scraped the flat grill and forgot to season the dish.

Each meal started blandly, hit an old charcoal hint, and finished with a touch of sweet then overspiced forgotten ingredients feel.

I loved the service and atmosphere but the food was too oily for us. I ordered Pineapple tofu fried rice and it was just toooo oily. The blue pea tea was good
