the lady at reception is RUDE AF
i literally left a voicemail asking for an appointment for mental health services and she calls me back and i didnt see the call back she leaves a voicemail YELLING telling me "terra nova doesnt do 18 month programs" im like what is she talking about and so she calls me back AGAIN yelling saying they dont do 18 month programs im like ok well my voicemail i left wasnt asking you about an 18 month program i was asking for an appointment for a mental health service, she was just so rude and dismissive terrible customer service!!!!
